Polandmore Travels s.c., is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process and share your Personal Data.
1. Administrator of data
The Administrator of personal data is Polandmore Travels s.c. with its registered office in ul. 1 Stycznia 10/12, 32-590 Libiąż, NIP: 6282294799, REGON: 527804934.
2. Data processed for the purpose of implementing the contract for participation in a Tourist Event.
2.1. Data we process
In order to implement the Participation Agreement for a Tourist Event, the Administrator processes the following data: names, surname, date of birth, place of birth, image, citizenship, residential address, postal correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, passport number, date passport issuance, passport expiry date, name of the authority that issued the passport, bank account number and other data required for the tour (like your height, weight etc. when you rent equipment with us).
2.2. Purpose of personal data processing
The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the Participant’s consent or on the basis of legal provisions in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties. We use your data to fulfill legal obligations arising from generally applicable laws, to book accommodation, travel, equipment, additional attractions such as visiting cultural facilities, etc. and to conduct electronic, written and telephone correspondence.
2.3. Recipients of personal data
– employees, partners and subcontractors of Polandmore Travels s.c.
– carriers – in the event of a requirement to provide data to provide a given service, e.g. rail or coach transport, etc.
– hotels, guesthouses and other entities providing accommodation services
– entities supporting accounting, legal and debt collection processes
– entities providing IT services, including hosting and administration of servers and IT systems
– authorized state authorities, including tax authorities.
– authorities of third countries for immigration, border control and other purposes which such authorities deem appropriate, if the proper performance of the travel service so requires
2.4. Data will be processed for the period necessary to provide the services covered by the contract for participation in a tourist event, settlement of the tourist event and the time necessary to demonstrate the implementation of this contract, i.e. the length of the limitation period for claims, as well as for the time resulting from tax regulations.
3. Data used for direct marketing purposes
3.1. Data we process: names, surname, postal correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number.
3.2. Purpose of data processing: providing information on services and products offered by the Administrator and its trading partners, along with current marketing offers.
3.3. Personal data may be used to send marketing information, promotional offers, newsletters, and invitations to events organized by the Organizer. Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary; however, in the absence of such consent, the Organizer may be unable to provide the aforementioned information. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to info@polandmore.com
4. Legal basis for processing data: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b), c) i f) RODO. – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract for participation in a tourist event to which the data subject is a party (client) and/or beneficiary (traveler).
5. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the Participation Agreement for a Tourist Event. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the Agreement. Consent to the use of data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
6. Personal data provided by users are not subject to sale or disclosure to third parties, in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. We do not provide personal data to other entities for marketing purposes.
7. By entering into the Participation Agreement for a Tourist Event, the data subject has the right to access their personal data, receive a copy of it, and request its modification. They also have the right to withdraw their consent to further data processing at any time, the right to have their data erased (after the legally required retention period has expired), the right to restrict data processing, the right to object to data processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. Polandmore Travels s.c. reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. Information about any changes will be provided immediately, in an understandable and visible way. 9. By entering into Participation Agreement for a Tourist Event, I confirm that I have read the Privacy and Data Protection Policy applied by Polandmore and, being an adult and aware of the described risks, I consent to the transfer of my personal data provided above for the purpose of fulfilling the Participation Agreement for a Tourist Event. Furthermore, I declare that the data provided is true and pertains to me personally. The data subject also declares that they have been informed of their rights under the GDPR.
